Most of us who exercise regularly experience an injury at some point.

When you come to see me I’ll tell you what I can do to help. I’ll tell you if you need to see a doctor before we continue treatment. We’ll find out whether your injury is the result of overuse. You may have been playing too hard or too often causing tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow or biceps tendonitis. You may not have warmed up properly beforehand or not warmed down after exercise resulting in a muscle spasm.

As well as treating injuries I can help improve your performance. I’ll work with you to restore your structural balance, improve your joint mobility and reduce adhesions and soft tissue restrictions.

Whether you’re a keen athlete, regular team player or are simply keeping fit gently to maintain your mobility and health I will work with you at the level that’s right for you.
