move better, feel better

Helping your body help itself

OSTEOPATHY FOR THE LOWER LIMB

You might think you have an arthritic hip, a torn meniscus in the knee or an ankle sprain. If there’s tingling in the foot, could it be sciatica or a disc prolapse? Or could that pain in the foot be a sign of gout? There’s a lot of confusing information available about these online and the wrong diagnosis could lead to you to the wrong exercises and things possibly getting worse instead of better.

My job is to examine you, ask the relevant questions and do movement and neurological tests so that we can find the correct diagnosis. I make an immediate decision about whether you should be referred into the medical system to see a doctor. If not, we can start work. I explain my diagnosis so that you can understand what’s going wrong. Then I use hands on treatment, and prescribe the right exercises to help you get better.
